About Our People
Your Team at Merchant Depot is dedicated to finding the right payment solutions at the right price for each of our merchants. Collectively, they have over 40 years of experience in the payment industry and are incredibly well-versed in determining the merchant services that work best for you -- from traditional solutions to the latest cutting-edge technologies.

Greg Frumin
Greg Frumin co-founded North American Credit Card in 1989 and has worked there full time since its inception. Mr. Frumin received a dual bachelor degree from the University of Michigan. He is active in his local community where he serves as an elected member of the Representative Town Meeting and the former chairman of the Town Service committee. He is also an Eagle Scout and currently serves as a local Cub Scout leader.
Mr. Frumin lives in Connecticut with his wife and three children: Alexandra, Josh & Cole.
He is also able to leap buildings in a single bound and is considerably faster than a speeding bullet.
John Ryan
John Ryan joined North American Credit Card in 1995 and has worked there ever since. Mr. Ryan received his B.A. in economics from Providence College in 1994. He serves North American Credit Card in several capacities including business development, technology solutions and client support services. He lives in Greenwich Connecticut and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children
Lucas Wakeman
A graduate of the University of Rochester with a B.S. in Engineering and a B.A. in Economics, Mr. Wakeman has worked in multiple engineering fields and holds two patents in fiber optic lighting technologies. In 2006, he brought his talents to the payment card industry as an employee of North American Credit Card Association.
Captain Lucas is an avid sailor and competes regularly in distance races on the waters of the Northeast. With a steady hand at the helm, he’s always trying to bring home another trophy for the case.
Lucas was married at sea and currently lives on a boat with his beautiful wife and the younger of his two sons. The family has been adopted by a gaggle of Canadian Geese.
